Aston Villa’s Anwar El Ghazi is having his best season in a claret and blue shirt, having scored nine goals in all competitions so far this season, eight of which have come in the Premier League.
Often an underrated, under-looked and underused player, he has more than proven his worth for the just over eight million pound transfer fee that the West Midlands club paid for him back in 2019 after having him on loan in the Championship.
Having scored 21 goals in 102 appearances along with the countless assists for the Villains, he has proved to be a vital player and looks set to continue being a mainstay in the team.
