Derby’s new nightlife hub, Ultra Warehouse, is set for its third consecutive sell-out since it opened on December 31.
Located on an industrial estate just outside Derby city centre, Ultra Warehouse is a new entertainment venue suited for a crowd of up to 3,200.
The multi-purpose events venue held the opener on New Years Eve.
The house and techno house style gigs both sold out and this saturdays event could follow suit.
The 14th March event features prominent DJ Rossi, has less than 200 tickets remaining prized at £22.50.
Mariquita’s drummer, Darren Gorman, believes Ultra Warehouse could bring a positive atmosphere to Derby’s music scene.
He said: “Hopefully they continue to get good support, it’s a big scene in Derby and it helps bring people to the city.
“We’re lucky here in Derby as we already have diverse range of music, and house music is popular with todays generation, so this will help bring the city with recent trends.
“The consistent sell-outs show its going well and that they have a strong audience, so good luck to them.”

Global artist Rossi will headline Saturday’s event, which will start at 5:00pm and finish early into Sunday morning at 1:00am.
Rossi will be joined by house techno artists Boss Priester, Joe Rolét, Laidlaw, and DJ Sidney Charles.
The upcoming warehouse venue also have another event planned for next month, Sunday April 5.
This highlights the rise of house and techno in British music, now regarded to be the most popular club genre.
With repeated sell-outs and demand for house and techno music, more venues in Derby may open.
