Covid-19’s impact on the British Heart Foundation 

With everything going on in the world, we interview the risk manager at the British Heart Foundation to uncover the hidden impact of Covid-19. We also talk to a volunteer within one of the shops to hear what it’s like from the front line of the charity.

The lifelong question of diet vs workout is one that has lingered since the first bodybuilding competitions were a thing. Here we talk to an online personal trainer to discuss how both diet and exercise affect the process of fitness.

Covid-19’s impact on young footballer 

Tom Leak is just 20 years old, but has already endured a tough start to his football career. Playing at centre back for Walsall FC he has had to train from home away from his teammates amidst the Covid-19 pandemic as we find out exactly what is going through Tom’s mind. We also spoke to Walsall academy analyst Kyle Kirby, who gave us his thoughts on how well the players have adapted and how the role of a footballer is changing.

With the festive season upon us there are members of the UK that need help during what is a tough period. The charity St Vincent de Paul set out to help feed and support the public during the Christmas period. We spoke to a volunteer to hear the work they do.
